Our for-lease single-family communities at The Heights in Irondale and Patton Crest in Hoover are a short drive away from these incredible events! Check out the things to do in your community this season!

Magic City Art Connection

Birmingham’s largest art festival is back this month! The 41st Magic City Art Connection festival takes place on April 26-28th, 2024, at Sloss Furnaces National Historic Landmark. It features local and regional artists showcasing their work in various mediums – painting, sculpture, photography, and jewelry. Visitors can also enjoy Corks & Chefs: A Taste of Birmingham, Imagination Festival workshops for kids, two performance stages, a cafe, and more.

Birmingham Botanical Gardens Events

The Birmingham Botanical Gardens hosts seasonal events, including spring plant sales, gardening workshops, and educational programs focused on nature and conservation throughout the spring season. Their special event this month honors Earth Day and includes a free family yoga session on the Formal Lawn from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

St. Elias Lebanese Food & Cultural Festival

St. Elias Maronite Catholic Church will celebrate its 26th Annual Lebanese Food and Cultural Festival from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, April 12-13, 2024! Admission is FREE! Voted a Family Favorite by ‘Birmingham Parent’ in 2022, this festival highlighting Lebanese culture, food, and music is a blast for all ages! Entertainment includes music by New York-based Amin Sultan Lebanese band, a Silent Auction Room, and the 11th annual St. Elias Cedar Run 5K and Cedar Shake Fun Run. Since 1999, the festival has committed to donating 25% of its proceeds to local and national charities. Over $709,000 has been donated to local and national charities.

Pepper Place Saturday Market

From spring to fall, the Pepper Place Saturday Market is a bustling farmers' market featuring local produce, artisanal foods, crafts, and live music.
